HOW DO I GET PRE-APPROVED?
Today many Realtors will not take clients out looking for properties without them being PRE-APPROVED. The PRE-APPROVAL process takes about 24 hours and involves us taking a full application from the client, pulling the client’s credit report and sending it to the Lender for them to provide a PRE-APPROVAL. This gives you as a buyer great peace of mind for you know exactly how much you qualify for, the Lenders has reviewed your credit and debt ratios and you have locked in the lowest rate.
