Having spent many years working for the banks and ending my banking career as an Assistant Vice President at a Chartered Bank, I have built the knowledge and network to prepare, underwrite and present commercial files ranging in size from $200,000 to $50,000,000 so they are funded successfully.

Our goal is to secure the right funds for our clients, from the right lender, with the right terms, funding in a timely manor and hassle free.
